As we are nearing the rollout of eCheck-In and other exciting capabilities in E360+, we want to hear from you, and so do our teams in the field. Below are some questions to choose from. What is eCheck-In? A convenient tool that allows our patients to check in for their comprehensive appointments up to one week in advance, right from the comfort of their smartphones or internet-enabled devices. This new feature is designed to streamline the check-in experience for patients and teams alike, saving time, reducing wait times, and keeping the workflow smooth.
How does it work? Patients will receive an email and a text message inviting them to eCheck-In 3 days before their appointment, as part of the 3-day appointment reminder messaging. If no mobile number is on file, the invitation will be sent via email. Once the patient clicks the link, they will enter Vision360+’s eCheck-In process. Vision360+ is their Patient Portal. Their responses sync directly into E360+ in real-time at each stage of check-in, even if they don’t complete the full process. Patients can review their demographic information, insurance, and medical history, and even electronically sign the majority of our patient intake paperwork.
How can we use this in the office? You can also offer eCheck-In on-site. Within E360+, simply use the “Push to Mobile” button to send the same check-in invitation to the patient’s mobile device. They can then take a seat and complete their check-in quickly and efficiently.
