If you are looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential, we want to hear from you! EyeCare Partners (ECP) is looking for a System Implementation Specialist to execute the practice management and EHR technology implementations that will transform our business.
System Implementation Specialists support ECP’s vision to be at the leading edge of healthcare technology in the Optometry and Ophthalmology space. EyeCare Partners has demonstrated a commitment to innovation through the development of a proprietary health records and practice management system, and by implementing best-in-class platforms across the organization. We on the System Implementation team drive the transition to these solutions, partnering with all aspects of the business to identify the right tools and effect change. The ideal candidate must be driven, have high energy and be able to connect and communicate well with many different personality types. They will need an extensive knowledge of health record technologies and will help to have prior experience with Optometry and/or Ophthalmology clinic policies and procedures. This position does require the candidate possess willingness and flexibility for occasional travel, including team meetings at our corporate headquarters in St. Louis or other office locations, or travel to support a technology rollout.
Responsibilities:
· Train clinic staff and doctors to use new healthcare technologies, including EyeCare360+, NextGen, Phreesia, and others.
· Create, revise, and refine training tools and methods
· Organize and execute the technology transition process
· Work with multiple stakeholders throughout ECP to establish business processes around new technology
· Set a positive example for the company through integrity, leadership, initiative and professionalism
· Provide source of support and motivation throughout the technology transition process
· Provide patience and creativity while working with different personalities
· Complete training checklist tool to evaluate trainee progress and identify ongoing training needs for each location
· Match the energy of our team atmosphere and readily offer new ideas
· Provide organization-wide support when called upon
· Advocate for all ECP support services throughout the transition (Lab, Patient Engagement Center, Central Billing Office, etc.)
· Manage travel arrangements, flights, rental cars and hotel rooms within budget guidelines for individual travel
Requirements:
· Prior experience with healthcare technologies required. Experience with EyeCare360 and/or NextGen strongly preferred.
· Teamwork, flexibility, reliability, and mentoring skills are required
· Attention to detail and excellent follow up skills
· Pleasant, friendly, professional manner, customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
· Requires a positive attitude, ability to multi task, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and have a genuine interest in people and desire to help.
