We are seeking an experienced, driven professional who will serve as a Material Masters/Inventory Management SAP Functional Analyst to support the business processes. This role will be accountable for analyzing, designing and implementing processes related to ECP Inventory Management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with project teams to prioritize, test, and deploy system changes.
· Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design and development of SAP supply chain processes, including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Materials Management.
· Assist with designing and documenting detailed product requirements and use cases to ensure the delivery of stable and scalable solutions.
· Develop, review, and maintain functional design documents in collaboration with stakeholders and system integrator partners.
· Participate in developing SAP Fiori solutions and showcasing them to the business and promote adoption within the user community.
· Translate business requirements into functional specifications, coordinate with the ABAP team, and ensure clarity and alignment with project objectives.
· Prepare and execute unit test scripts, integration tests, and provide job aids for business users.
· Participate in thorough testing to ensure the quality and functionality of system changes.
· Work closely with technical teams to ensure consistency, high-quality solutions, and knowledge sharing across the enterprise.
· Provide production support through incident and problem management processes. Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with business and technical teams, and resolve them following SAP best practices.
· Collaborate with other FI-CO analysts on dependent objects to ensure efficient implementations.
· Monitor periodic reports for inconsistencies and exceptions.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
· 2+ years of hands-on experience in Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), and Warehouse Management (WM).
· Expertise in design and configuration of at least one of the Supply chain modules.
· Familiarity with purchasing integration in other SAP modules.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
· Experience with various project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
· Demonstrated proactive mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
