Job Title: Provider Enrollment Project Specialist
Job Summary
EyeCare Partners is currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated project specialist to join our growing Credentialing team and help drive operational excellence. This position serves as a key player in achieving business objectives within the Credentialing Department. The project specialist is responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of a project, ensuring it stays on track with regards to the timeline and scope, often by managing communication between stakeholders, developing project plans, tracking progress, and reporting on key metrics to ensure successful project completion. Experience in provider credentialing is preferred.

Location:
For on-site team members, work takes place in a normal office/clinical environment. Travel to other locations may be necessary to fulfill the essential duties and responsibilities of the job. Thus, those needing to travel for work must have access to dependable transportation, and their driving record must meet company liability carrier standards.
For remote team members, maintain the ability to work in a remote environment while performing required duties and remaining patient focused. Able to work varying shifts including early mornings/evenings to attend meetings and cross training or support other initiatives.
The team member is responsible for providing and maintaining a workspace where interruptions are
controlled during work hours. The work area should have minimum noise and distraction and be suitable for guarding confidential Company information
